Patient Education

Health Bound Health Network is committed to making its services and facilities as accessible as possible for all Ontarians. Our focus is to help those who experience disabling illness or injury to rebuild their lives.

Facing serious injury or illness, our patients know firsthand what it means to experience barriers to access. We serve adults with neuro-musculoskeletal, cardiac and spinal cord conditions. We also work with geriatric, complex continuing care and long-term care patients. Through innovative patient care, education and research, we empower our patients to return to living life to the fullest extent possible.
